Returns & Exchanges
At Interline Wholesale Hardware, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase; however, if a product does not meet your requirements, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. All returned hardware must be in its original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition to qualify for processing.
Return Process
- 1.Request Authorization
Contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our warehouse.
- 2.Pack Securely
Place the items in their original packaging and include a copy of your invoice or packing slip with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box.
- 3.Ship the Package
Send your return via a trackable shipping carrier of your choice to our designated returns center; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned hardware for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
